Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. These Terms also incorporate by reference any additional policies posted on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Product measurements may be subject to minor variations due to manual measurement or manufacturing processes.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing, typographical, or technical errors.

All delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Risk of loss will pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact us promptly so that we can assist with a carrier investigation.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may lawfully be imported into the destination country.

  • Source code; and

  • The selection and arrangement of such content,

are owned by or licensed to Rovelunavia, Hongkong Northen Limited, Shopify, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, design, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or display our content;

  • Modify or create derivative works from our content;

  • Use product photographs or videos for commercial purposes;

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;

Shopify’s trademarks and branding belong to Shopify or its affiliates.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, tracking services, social media functions, or other features operated by third parties.

We do not necessarily monitor, control, or endorse third-party tools.

Rovelunavia is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to make the Services available.

However, purchases made through Rovelunavia are transactions directly between you and Hongkong Northen Limited, not between you and Shopify.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for:

  • Products purchased from Rovelunavia;

  • Product descriptions or claims made by Rovelunavia;

  • Order fulfillment;

  • Customer service;

  • Refunds or returns;

  • Product injuries or losses; or

  • Disputes arising from transactions between you and Rovelunavia.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

  • Lost profits;

  • Lost revenue;

  • Lost savings;

  • Loss of data;

  • Loss of business opportunity;

  • Replacement costs; or

  • Similar economic losses,

arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded;

  • Willful misconduct;

  • Gross negligence where applicable; or

This section does not excuse any obligation that cannot legally be excluded and does not affect your right to a refund where required by applicable law.

Informal Resolution

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@rovelunavia.com and provide a reasonable description of the dispute and the requested resolution.

Both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after receiving written notice.

Arbitration

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in effect when the arbitration begins.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • The seat of arbitration will be Hong Kong;

  • The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator;

  • The arbitration will be conducted in English; and

  • The arbitral award will be final and binding.

Either party may seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or other rights pending the formation of the arbitral tribunal.

Where applicable law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim before a local court, consumer tribunal, or small claims court, nothing in this section removes that non-waivable right.

Individual Proceedings

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

This individual-proceedings provision does not apply where prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.
